Faris Asmar
Co-Founder, Chief Technology and Information Officer and Director
Faris Asmar is the co-founder of PARAMENA and serves as its Chief Technology and Information Officer and as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Asmar co-founded PARAMENA with the vision of leveraging technology and digital governance to accelerate reconstruction, promote transparency and strengthen institutional trust in the Middle East and North Africa region.
Mr. Asmar leads PARAMENA’s global strategy for technology, infrastructure and digital systems that support recovery and redevelopment programs in areas impacted by conflict. His leadership integrates infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data centers and smart city systems to create modern, resilient and transparent digital ecosystems for public and private stakeholders.
Prior to PARAMENA, Mr. Asmar has led and advised technology initiatives across the United States, Europe and the Middle East through his international IT management and services firm. His work spans data center architecture, secure networking, cloud modernization and digital transformation for both enterprise and public-sector clients.
Mr. Asmar also advises and partners with organizations focused on emerging technologies, infrastructure modernization and sustainable development, guiding strategies in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure design.
